Here are a few of the benefits of setting up a Practitioner Account with Alchemy Herbal Dispensary.

• We have no minimum order, which makes it easy to have custom formulas as small as one ounce sent directly to your client/patient.
• You receive 20% off of our retail price on formulas made from our herbal extracts, essential oils and custom flower essence formulas.
• To set-up your service account, we simply need a copy of your professional credential - certificate of coursework completion or license pertaining to your particular practice. You can fax this to: 541-488-4419.
• Due to the nature of our current regulatory agencies we will need a signed waiver stating you will take full responsibility for recommending any and all herbal formulas. If you have questions about safety, efficacy, dosage, etc, of certain herbs please contact us. Please fax this along with your license. Once you are set-up, simply go onto our website, log-in and customize your patient’s formula. Be sure to indicate what your dosage recommendations are.
• Tell us where you want us to ship the formula and which credit card you would like to use. We will ship directly to your patient within 2 business days by USPS Priority Mail.

Our prices are extremely affordable and we offer a discount to healthcare practitioners (M.D., Naturopath, Acupuncturist, Veterinarian, Herbalist) so you can set your own price. Then we will package the formula(s), label with your dosage recommendations, and ship directly to your patient. We bill your credit card.
