Tricia Acheatel, AHG

Tricia Acheatel is an herb teacher, clinical herbalist, clinical nutritionist and shamanic practitioner who has been involved in the healing arts and sciences for over 21 years. She held a clinical practice in Encinitas, California for 15 years, blending herbs, flower essences, aromatherapy, clinical nutrition and ritual in her healing work. She currently lives in Ashland, Oregon and is the founder and owner of Alchemy Herbal Dispensary.

Tricia brings her love of nature, folklore, ritual, song and poetry to her work and teachings. She was trained in biology, botany and nutrition at Oregon State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree. Tricia has completed programs at the Ojai Center for Phytotherapy, Foundation for Shamanic Studies and UC San Diego Medical School. She is a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild and a Certified Clinical Nutritionist with the IAACN.
